This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protecting the privacy of our users as we provide a platform to launch and automate hyper-personalized ads quickly and efficiently.

2. Information Collection

Personal Information: We collect information that you voluntarily provide such as name, email, and company details.

Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our services (e.g., ad preferences, campaign settings).

Cookies: We use first-party cookies for functionality and analytics, but not third-party cookies for ad personalization.

2a. Shopify Stores

When you install Fresho on Shopify, we access:

  • Products and inventory: product details such as titles, pages, prices, cost per item and stock levels, to write and publish your ads and to pause ads for products that are out of stock.
  • Paid orders: the order ID, the order value and the Google click ID from the landing page, to report purchases from your ads to your Google Ads account so it can optimize for sales. We never collect your customers' names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, and we send no customer identifiers to Google.

We keep order IDs for 7 days to prevent duplicate reports. Uploads that fail are retried for up to 8 hours and then discarded. When you uninstall Fresho, we pause its campaigns and remove them 7 days later. When Shopify asks us to delete your store's data, we delete your store's product and order records. The Google Ads account Fresho created for you stays in Google Ads, where you keep access to it and its history.
